The company grew rapidly from two employees to a workforce of over 50 dedicated employees and Sub-Contractors. Don has positioned Madge Contracting to be the Okanagan’s largest full service roofing company, servicing the builder, construction and the residential industry with integrity, expertise and efficiency. Don continues to strategically build a business that focuses on customers who have entrusted Madge Contracting to work on their home or business. It continues to be Madge’s goal to build and maintain client relationships by providing their clients with unprecedented service and undeniable quality.

Chris Romano
Operations Manager
Chris has been with Madge Contracting since 1999. After graduating high school, Chris at the age of 17, started as a laborer with Madge Contracting Ltd. He then advanced to a Torch On Roof Systems Applicator as well as Steep Pitch Roofing Applicator. He continued to excel in both Applications with commitment and dedication. His enthusiasm and leadership ability became apparent and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2004. This enables him to use his experience and knowledge of application to ensure that Madge Contracting maintains and continually improves on the requirements and standards of the Quality Workmanship Madge Contracting Ltd. strives for.

Senior Sales Representative/Estimator
Dale is our longest-term employee at Madge Contracting Ltd. He started with Madge in 1996 under the wing of Don Madge (President). Don recognized Dale’s eagerness and zeal to learn all aspects of Roofing and application. Dale continued to show his loyalty and dependability, as a Pitched Roof Applicator for all types of residential and commercial roofing systems. With his exceptional skills and product knowledge Dale has claimed his place in the company as Senior Sales Rep. His immeasurable experience in all aspects of the roofing trade, as well as his commitment to customer service and quality workmanship, enable him to find and solve all of your roofing problems with cost efficient solutions and recommendations.

Sales Representative/Estimator
Rick joined Madge Contracting Team from Convoy Supply Ltd., a roofing materials supplier. Rick has worked in the construction industry for over 11 years. His exceptional knowledge of construction enables him to provide detailed estimates that help improve the way your roof functions. Rick is RCABC certified.

Jason Brummund
Custom Metal Shop
Jason Brummund has been in the sheet metal industry since 1999. He obtained his Architectural Ticket through BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) and he has used his knowledge and experience, to now become a fourth year sheet metal Apprentice. Jason has worked with Madge Contracting Ltd. at our Metal Shop since 2004 and is able to work with many types of metal, making any type of custom metal.
